GSM is the world’s most popular wireless phone technology. It’s used by more than one billion people around the world.

GSM offers unparalleled global roaming capabilities, as well as the truest voice quality in wireless. Its easy-to-use data capabilities offer service up to the fastest wireless broadband service currently possible, GSM is now used in 219 countries and territories serving more than three billion people and providing travelers with access to mobile services wherever they go.

MiFi GSM packages are available from numerous mobile phone carriers worldwide and various plans exist depending on if you want to sign up for a contracted period and pay a set amount per month for a regular data allowance or pay-as-you-go service.

  4. The modem’s screen contains various icons giving you details of signal strength – all are pretty self explanatory and explained in detail on the instructions that come with the modem
